- Go to this URL: https://gwiz.exitsinc.com/
- Click Login
- On the next screen, click on "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address/username and press "Reset my password"
- Check your email for a new verification code
- From the new email you receive, take the new verification code and put it in the Code field
- Assign your permanent password and retype it in the Enter New Password Again field
- Click "Change Password"
- Login using your email address and your new password
