If you are generating documents from the Shipment Management system and have noticed that the City/State/Province, postal code, and country doesn't appear on documents, do you have information in the ADDRESS3, ADDRESS4, and ADDRESS5 fields?


If you are utilizing these fields, it pushes the City/State/Province, postal code, and country fields from the documents.


To make sure City/State/Province, postal code, and country is included when you use the extra address fields, put the missing data into these lines as well.

You will still need to complete the  City, State/Province, Postal Code, and Country as needed for AES filing purposes.
