After all the necessary information has been provided for a shipment, you can generate a number of documents for your shipment using this data.


The most common documents are but not limited to;


  • Commercial Invoices
  • Packing Lists
  • Certificate of Origins
  • Free Trade Agreements
  • Bills of Lading


  1. To generate a document, select View Documents under the left sidebar menu.
  2. A new screen will appear with every available document option for your company.


    Each document will be color-coded for various messages and they will not be able to be generated until the necessary data is provided.

    Purple text indicates missing data.
    Red text indicates a missing currency conversion factor or missing license or Schedule B information.
    Blue text indicates the document is not available at this time.

    Document names with no color code can be generated without any issues.

  3. To generate a document, click on the document name.

  4. A new window will open with a .pdf of the document. From here, you can download, save, or print this document.
