If you specified that your shipment record is an air shipment, you will enter information specific to air shipments on the Air Information screen.


To define this information:

  1. In the Shipment Wizard application, create or find the air shipment record for which you want to define the air information.
  2. From the Logistics submenu, select Air Information.
    NOTE: If the Ocean Information or Truck Information menu option displays, this shipment record represents a different shipment type, and you cannot enter air information for it.

     
  3. The Air Information screen displays and you can enter the following information for an air shipment:
    1. Information Definition
    2. Carrier Name 
    3. AWB/HAWB
    4. Booking Date 
    5. Terminal
    6. Service Contract Special Airfreight rate agreements. 
    7. Flight Number 
    8. MAWB
    9. IATA Code 
    10. Shipment Country of Origin 
    11. Schedule D for AES 
    12. Departure Date 
    13. Departure Time 
    14. Cargo Cut-Off Date 
    15. Cargo Cut-Off Time
    16. Shipment Country of Destination
    17. Discharge Port 

    18. Arrival Date 

    19. Arrival Time 

    20. Domestic Routing

    21. Other Transport Information

  4. After you have provided all the necessary information, be sure to click "Save."
