A lot of times, HTS and Schedule B Codes can be used for importing as well as exporting for products which is ideal for users to be able to save this one code in the system to be used later.

However, there are situations where a Schedule B/HTS code is only good for importing.

For example, an item coming from Canada into the United States may have a specific HTS/Schedule B code that is valid for import only. If that same item is being exported from the United States to Canada, a different Schedule B/HTS code is required.

These two resources are what Trabex uses to maintain the Schedule B/HTS codes within the database to ensure compliance for exporting.
