If you are using Shipment Wizard and have the capability of creating and adding users to your account, you will need to set their permissions for Shipment Wizard following the steps below.

Setting user permissions

  1. As an admin, you will need to switch your url and log in at https://swz.gwiz.exitsinc.com/
  2. Once logged in at https://swz.gwiz.exitsinc.com/ , you will need to navigate to “Client Data”

  3. Click on “Users”

  4. Choose the new user you would like to update
  5. This example shows that no access has been granted.

  6. Click on each application as necessary and select each function to allow access. Be sure to hit Save for each application!





  7. When users have access to each application. Their applications will look like this.
  8. Be sure to always click the Save button!
  9. Note: Alternatively bronze or silver presets can also be selected.  These presets have the most frequently assigned permissions already applied. Bronze presets apply basic user permissions for the user.  Silver presets apply basic user permissions plus additional permissions for the user.  To learn more about permissions please go to:
