Many documents have required fields that must be completed in order to process properly.
When you are generating documents, the color coding in the Documents menu will tell you if documents are ready for processing or what may be missing and incomplete.
To resolve incomplete data, return to the shipment and complete any required field as noted or by visiting each field and dialogue box.
