Once a clause has been created and saved in Global Wizard, it needs to be assigned to documents before it will appear.

To assign clauses.

  1. Sign into Global Wizard.
  2. Access any shipment.
  3. Click on "Clauses" on the left sidebar menu.
  4. On the Clauses screen that appears
    1. Specify the number of clauses you want to use.
    2. Use the search button to open a dialogue box to search for the clause you want to define.
    3. Select each document you want this clause to appear on.
    4. Click "Save".
    5. Repeat these steps for each clause.
